About Bila UM Cuti
Bila UM Cuti is an unofficial, independent student-made calendar viewer for Universiti Malaya academic dates.
Supported Scope: Bachelor Degree Level (2025/2026 + 2026/2027, October Intake) and Foundation / Asasi (2026/2027, June & September Intakes), Kuala Lumpur Campus.
Data Source: All dates are manually sourced from public academic calendar PDFs provided by the UM Academic Services Department.
Maintenance: Bila UM Cuti is maintained as an independent student-made project. Dates are manually checked against public academic calendar PDFs before being added to the app.
Not Supported: The app does not support faculty-specific calendars, Medicine, Dentistry, postgraduate research timelines, UMCCed, or non-Kuala Lumpur campus calendars.
Course registration and exam timetables: These are not in the academic calendar at all. UM publishes the module registration and examination schedule separately, and the calendar PDF itself points to the UMSITS student guide.
If a date looks wrong, use the report a wrong date flow so the source can be checked again.
